Commercial roofing
Commercial roofing is what we lead with — and stand behind.
Warehouses, churches, retail centers, offices, clinics, and ag structures across the DFW metro, North Texas, and Oklahoma. Every project gets a designated project manager — one accountable point of contact from first walk to final invoice.
Roof systems we install
The full range of commercial roof systems.
Repairs, re-roofs, and new construction. We match the system to the building — not the other way around.
TPO
Single-ply thermoplastic membranes for low-slope commercial roofs — reflective, weldable seams, and excellent long-term performance.
EPDM
Durable rubber membranes that hold up to Texas UV, hail, and thermal cycling — a proven low-slope workhorse.
Modified Bitumen
Multi-ply modified bitumen (mod bit) systems for redundancy and long service life on flat and low-slope roofs.
Metal Roofing Systems
Concealed-fastener metal roof systems for commercial buildings, ag structures, and architectural applications.
Flat / Low-Slope Systems
Full flat roof design, replacement, and repair — drainage, flashings, penetrations, and detail work done right the first time.
Repairs & Maintenance
Leak tracking, flashing repair, membrane patching, and preventative maintenance to extend the life of the roof you already own.

A designated project manager on every job
One point of contact. From the first walk to the final invoice.
With Golden Rule, you have a designated project manager for the full scope of your commercial roof — no sales rep handoff, no rotating point of contact, no phone tag with a call center. You have a direct line at 214-663-6108.
That's a big deal on commercial work, where a small miscommunication can stop a business from operating. When everything routes through one accountable project manager, decisions get made faster and problems get solved before they grow.

We walk the roof, photograph every detail, and hand you a straight-talk condition report — no jargon, no upsell.
Scope, systems, and quote
You get a clear scope: recommended system (TPO / EPDM / mod bit / metal), materials, timeline, and a firm quote.
Installation with minimal disruption
Our crew coordinates around your operations — staged materials, contained work zones, and a clean site at the end of every day.
Final walkthrough & follow-up
We walk the finished roof with you and make sure everything meets the standard we promised. On commercial projects, your 3-year Longevity Maintenance Package kicks in — scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to protect your investment.
Commercial FAQs
Good to know before you call.
How do you keep our building operating during a re-roof?
We phase the work, stage materials to keep entrances and loading clear, and coordinate noisy operations around your peak hours. On active facilities we can often complete sections at a time so no part of your business shuts down.
How long does a commercial re-roof take?
It depends on square footage, system, and weather. A typical single-tenant commercial re-roof runs one to three weeks; larger multi-building properties are staged. You get a written schedule before we start.
Which system is right for our building — TPO, EPDM, mod bit, or metal?
It comes down to slope, exposure, foot traffic, budget, and expected service life. We walk the roof, then recommend the system that actually fits — not just what we sell most of.
Do you offer maintenance programs?
Yes. Every commercial roof we install includes a 3-year Longevity Maintenance Package at no additional cost. It covers scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to protect your investment and extend roof life. Contact us for full details.
